Аннотация:Single crystals of first- to fourth-stage graphite-nitric acid intercalation compounds are synthesized. The Hall and Shubnikov-de Haas effects are investigated in magnetic fields up to 6 T at low temperatures (approximate to 4.2 K). The temperature dependence of the resistance is measured in the basal plane. The parameters of the crystal structure and the characteristics of the energy spectra of charge carriers are determined for all the compounds prepared. (C) 2003 MAIK “Nauka / Interperiodica”.
