Аннотация:Powders of calcium phosphates for manufacturing of ceramics materials in the systems СаО-Р2О5 or СаО-Р2О5-Н2О are white. These particles in the molding slurry including liquid monomer strongly scatter the incident UV radiation. The volume of the voxel (the analogue of a pixel for the 2-dimensional printing) is blurred, and the printing quality is reduced. The higher quality of stereolithographic printing can be achieved by means of the dye adding to the forming slurry or by using black powders of calcium phosphates. Black powders of calcium phosphates have been produced by means of carbon involving in the particles of calcium phosphates. Two kinds of particles were produced: particles with the structure of the «core (calcium phosphate) / shell (carbon)» and particles with the layered structure «carbon layer between the layers of crystalline calcium phosphate». The presence of carbon in the inorganic powder can be treated as multipurpose approach that (1) can improve the print quality, (2) serves as a regulator of the formation of ultrafine grained microstructure of ceramics, and (3) can be a source of a gas phase when porous structure forms in the melt presence, ensuring the formation of a microporous rough surface of large pores in a porous material with regular architecture.
