Аннотация:A number of new organized low-dimensional bio-molecular and hybrid bio-organic-inorganic nanostructures were obtained using new developed synthetic and assembling nanofabrication methods. The methods are based on the surface and interfacial interactions, biomimetic and bio-inspired strategies including biomineralization, self-assembling and self-organization principles. The examples of obtained nanostructures include new organized ultrathin nanostructured polymeric and nanocomposite films obtained with the use of monolayer polyelectrolyte complexes formed at the gas-aqueous phase interface, and Langmuir monolayer technology. The structural components of the films were amphiphilic polycation, DNA and surfactant molecules, organized arrays of inorganic semiconductor (CdS) and iron oxide (maggemite and magnetite) nanoparticles, nanorods, molecular ligand-stabilized metallic nanoclusters. Also, results on the fabrication and of multicompartment and porous polymeric films with nanostructured surfaces, and on formation of organized planar organic-inorganic nanostructures are presented. The methods developed can be perspective for investigation of fundamental mechanisms of nano-scale structural organization and transformations in various molecular (including bio-molecular) structures, and for development of new low-dimensional nanostructures, functional controlled-morphology nanomaterials, nanostructured films and coatings with advanced properties and potential for nanobiotechnological applications.
