Аннотация:The species of kamchatkan mykiss (Parasalmo (O.) mykiss) stay in a focus of different scientific interests. The resident form of this species is the worldwide object of fish aquaculture; the sea-running form included in the Red Book in Russia. This species has a highly morphological adaptively to different native conditions. The genetic explanation of so high morphological diversity is not clear and needed in good population-geographic markers. We are started with two types of genetic markers that was principally new in salmonic fish studies. Seven SCAR-markers were created especially for kamchatkan mykiss, the sequences of these markers deposed as a Gene-Bank numbers EU805500-EU805506. Also, we are choused seven high polymorphic ISSR-loci as a markers for the next studies. According to all of these markers, we are tested seven west-coast populations of mykiss and two populations from east coast of Kamchatka. The samples from Chile and NortthAmerica fish farm mykiss were used as reapers. Also, the newborn species of masu (O.masu) was used.
As result we received assessments of genetic relations that were good correlated with locations of our populations. According to this dates, the mykiss from East coast has a sufficient distinguishes from West coast of Kamchatka, the reapers from Chile and North America are good related together and closely to mykiss from East coast of Kamchatka then others tested populations. The sample of masu (O.masu) stay separate, as a good outsider species.
As result, we are believe, that this new systems of genetic markers could be very effective for next population studies of mykiss and others salmonic species of fishe
