- Аннотация: The construction of spatial models of trans-membrane domain of mGluR1-receptor and its dimer is presented. Results of Memsat 2 methods have been used. It has been shown that trans-membrane domen of mGluR1-receptor consisted of 7 α-helixes. Position and orientation of nonconcurrent antagonists have been modeled.
