Аннотация:Influence of photoexcitation on dielectric constant of nanocrystalline porous TiO2 is investigated by transient microwave photoconductivity and resonant cavity measurements. The photoinduced increase in the real part of dielectric constant is observed. The effect depends strongly on the size of TiO2 nanocrystals. The experimental results are explained considering the effective charge separation inside nanocrystals.
