Аннотация:Experimental data on the electrical conductivity versus temperature for Ca-3(VO4)(2), Ca9Nd(VO4)(7), and Ca3-xNd2x/3(VO4)(2) (0 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 3/7) solid solutions are reported. The conductivity in the solid solutions decreases appreciably with rising neodymium concentration. In Ca-3(VO4)(2) and Ca9Nd(VO4)(7), phase transitions at 1383 and 1198 K are discovered. Based on the conductivity data and on an analysis of the polyhedra of the whitlockite-like structure of Ca-3(VO4)(2), routes of calcium cation transport through the structure are suggested and substantiated.
