Аннотация:Immobilization of C-60 fullerene on silica surface was investigated in detail. For immobilization of fullerene the reaction of primary amines with fullerene was used. At first silica surface was modified by gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and then an aminoadsorbent was used for immobilization of fullerene. Modification of silica adsorbents by fullerene results in increasing of its specific surface area with increasing surface concentration of immobilized C-60 fullerene. Silica adsorbents with bonded fullerene were used for study of adsorption and separation of fullerenes, six globular proteins and dyes. Adsorption of basic dyes Rhodamine B and Rhodamine 6G was used for the evaluation of concentration of immobilized fullerene molecules on the adsorbent surface.
