Аннотация:Electrochemical behavior of the electrode and membrane systems is studied in solutions containing zinc ions and organic-surfactant (OS) brighteners. The electromembrane purification of model solutions of this composition is investigated. The Likond brighteners present in solution are shown to have no inhibiting effect on the ion transport through the membrane due to the specific interface structure. On the basis of a comprehensive study of adsorption of these OS at the mercury/solution interface, a model of the adsorption layer structure for the membrane/solution interface is proposed.
