Аннотация:A significant effort is now concentrated on the search for tumor-selective vectoring
molecules/objects, contrast agents and sensitizers for tasks of cancer detection and therapy,
respectively. Here, of particular interest, are materials that can provide simultaneous therapy
and diagnostics modalities, that is, theranostics. Inorganic nanoparticles (NPs) are very attractive
for this purpose as they can not only provide more stable and promising characteristics for imaging
and therapy (compared with organic fluorophores or sensitizers.
