- Аннотация: The two ferroelectric, superionic conductors KFP and KTP have very similar crystal structures, but the first is characterized by a highly suppressed nonlinear optical activity and a different type of ferroelectric phase transition (order-disorder) with a slightly increasing electrical conductivity. The relationship of the conductivity parameters in different temperature intervals is discussed, along with the structural determinism of the anisotropy of potassium ion transport in KTiOPO4 and KFeFPO4.
