Аннотация:The anionic Sb(V) complex compounds Cs[PhSbCl5] (I), K[PhSbCl5] (II), and Cs[SbCl6] (III) were synthesized and their structures were solved during a systematic study of the mutual effect of ligands (MEL) in octahedral complexes of representative elements in high oxidation states. The space groups, unit-cell constants, Z, and final reliability factors are: (I) Pmn2(1), a = 7.287(3), b = 12.724(4), c = 7.309 (2) angstrom, Z = 2, R = 0.037; (II) P2(1)2(1)2, a = 7.279(2), b = 7.313(1), c = 13.173(2) angstrom, Z = 2, R = 0.073; (III) Cc, a = 12.284(1), b = 6.433(1), c = 12.366(2) angstrom, beta = 102.38(3)-degrees, Z = 4, R = 0.024. The Sb-Cl bond lengths in I and the Sb-Br lengths in II are elongated compared to those in hexahalogen complexes.
