- Аннотация: The main aim of our study is to determine characteristic features of language interference arising from a transfer of the native language (English) pronunciation norms into the sound system of Russian and vice versa. The language units analyzed in this article are of great importance not only for teaching phonetics of the languages considered, but also on the whole for the theory of contrastive-comparative phonetics.
