Аннотация:The exact solution of problem for creep and long-term strength of a hollow cylinder under given internal and external pressures is constructed assuming that an isotropic elastoviscoplastic material obeys the Rabotnov non-linear constitutive equation with two arbitrary material functions. Formulas for creep rapture time of the tube and closed form equations for long-term strength curves are derived based on three creep failure criteria using three measures of damage, namely: effective shear strain or maximal shear strain or maximal principal strain. General properties of this long-term strength curves are studied analytically for arbitrary material functions of the constitutive relation and compared to each other.
