Аннотация:This article focuses on the problems of interaction of mass media and political discourse. As a special type of mass communication media discourse is a social phenomenon, whose main function is to influence mass audience through content-based information and evaluative data transmitted by media channels. The main purpose of comparative discourse study is to investigate functioning and implementation of the infotainment combining information and entertainment, which has been driven by new communication technologies and further commercialization and globalization of the media industry.
