Аннотация:The influence of polymer-solvent noncovalent interactions on conformational order in macromolecules as a reason behind the structural plasticization of polymers is considered. The films of styrene-n-butyl acrylate copolymers of various microstructure and composition formed from solutions in solvents of different nature (toluene, acetone) are studied by ATR IR spectroscopy and quantum-chemical simulations. It isshown that the conformational structure of a macromolecule changes through formation of “nucleus” ordered structures. According to the metrological treatment of the measurement data, the absorption bands of the functional groups of the copolymers whose ratio of optical densities may be used as a structural parameter adequately describing “nucleus” conformational changes in the elementary unit are chosen.
