Аннотация:In this work, single fibers and nonwoven materials were produced from polyamide-6 by electrospinning. Covering with polyaniline (PANI) by in situ polymerization makes such materials conductive and suitable for use as a resistive-switching medium in memristive elements. Achieved conductivity (up to 1 S/cm) allowed us to assemble memristors using the obtained materials as well as a solid polymer electrolyte (polyethylene oxide doped with lithium perchlorate) and a silver counter electrode. A voltage-controlled change in the redox state of PANI provides resistive switching of the elements. They demonstrate a hysteresis behavior of the conductance characterized by a sufficient high-to-the-low ratio. Prospectively, the stochastic nature of the synthesized nonwoven materials can be directly involved in the architecture of memristor-based networks and increase their efficiency.
