- Аннотация: We consider a matrix which, together with its inverse, plays an important role in design of a feedback control bringing alinear system to equilibrium. We prove that the inverse matrix is integer and is divisible by a number, which is largeas the dimension of the system is large. Similar results are obtained for the Hilbert matrix. The method is based uponnumber theoretic study of related orthogonal polynomials.
