Аннотация:Regular Monitorlng of some geophysical parameters in association with seismlcity has been carried out since 1999 at the Russian-Japanese Complex Geophysical Observatory in Kamchatka. This Observatory was organlzed under the framework of the ISTC project in Russia and was motivated by FRONTIER/RIKEN and FRONTIER/NASDA research projects in Japan. The seismiclty of Kamchatka area and a description of the Observatory is presented. Al present, Our activity includes the conventional seismic and meteorologtcal
observations and electromagnetic measurcments: i.e., three-component ULF magnetic variations (frequency range f= 0.003-30 Hz), three-component electric potential variations (f≦ I.0 Hz), VLF signal perturbations (f about 10-40 kHz) and seismo-acoustic emission (f=30-1000 Hz).
