Аннотация:The impact of the chemical composition of natural medicinal - table mineral water(produced by “Ararat Group” LLC) on microbiological and organoleptic indexes, was examined.Researches allow us to ensure that chemical composition of the mineral water does not affectmicrobiological parameters of water, but it significantly affects the organoleptic parameters.HACCP system deployed in the production essentialy contributes to the reductions ofmicrobiological risks of technological chain.
