Аннотация:The results of geological and geophysical studies of the Dzhau-Tepe mud volcano, one of the most active centers of concentrated fluid activity within the Kerch–Taman mud volcanic province, are presented. Based on the collected data of areal geophysical studies using low-frequency microseismic sounding technologyand their processing by the original Microseism Data Processor software package, a three-dimensional representation of the spatial position, characteristic size, and shape of mud-breccia accumulation reservoirs, as well as the migration routes of deep fluids, was obtained. A near-surface chamber where mud-and-stone material accumulated is revealed at depths up to 1 km; it is correlated to the clay sediments of the Maikopian Series. The shape of a supplying conduit is also revealed. The information obtained does not contradict the generalized model of generation and transportation of fluid-saturated material in the feeding systems of mudvolcanoes. The new data complement the earlier results of seismic surveys, obtained by the common-depthpoint method, in the North Vulkanovskaya petroleum area, more specifically, in its arched part with the imprinted subvertical feeding conduit of the mud volcano.
