Аннотация:The study of the kinetics of inelastic collisions and the construction of models of vibrational energy transfer in mixtures containing water vapor are needed not only because of interest in the possibility of obtaining emission in the far-infrared and submillimeter ranges using a (H20-H2-He) mixture as the active medium and modeling the characteristics of such lasers, but also for the analysis of nonequilibrium processes in chemically reactive gases (H2 + 02 ) with excited vibrational degrees of freedom and in the passage of strong IR radiation through the atmosphere. Moreover, water vapor is always present in the products of combustion of hydrocarbons in air, which are used in CO2 gas-dynamic lasers.
