- Аннотация: The article is concerned with the processes of globalization and competition in world markets, which dictate the need to improve the management process as the main factor in economic growth of the economy. The novelty of the research is the issues of ensuring the competitiveness and efficiency of enterprises, the main component of which is the quality of management. Improving the quality of management helps to improve the efficiency of companies, leading to lower costs and an increase in their market share. The importance of solving the problem of improving the quality of management in conditions of uncertainty and the need to adapt the management system to changes in the external environment is due to the need for strategic development of enterprises.
