A NOVEL INTERNET PLATFORM “EUKARYOTIC SUPERGROUPS: TAXONOMY/BIOTECHNOLOGY INTERFACE” AND ITS POSSIBILITIES IN THE ACCUMULATION OF ADVANCES ON THE MEDICINAL MUSHROOM SCIENCE FIELDтезисы доклада
Аннотация:A eukaryotic cell is a symbiotic ensemble, some kind of super-cell, the basic property of which is the production and secretion of an “outside product” (biopolymers, enzymes, signal molecules). Eukaryotes represent a kind of mill for the biomass production and extracellular secretion of a huge biotechnological potential. An expanding realm of knowledge at the junction of a phylogenetic mega-classification of eukaryotes and a praxis field, in order to optimize the search for new nests of technologically significant organisms with certain properties, requires the creation of taxonomic/biotechnological interface that allows the userbiotechnologist to quickly select the classification solution most adequate to current data. In July 2022, the authors created such a platform called “Eukaryotic supergroups: Taxonomy/Biotechnology interface”. Some essential characteristics of this platform are discussed.
