Аннотация:The reaction of two equivalents of fluorenyllithium with GeCl2 . 1,4-dioxane yields the reaction mixture containing di(9-fluorenyl)germylene (9-C13H9)(2)Ge. One of the products formed after treatment of this reaction mixture with MeI is methyltri(9-fluorenyl)germane. Its structure has been determined by X-ray crysttallography. Crystals are triclinic: a = 9.740(4) Angstrom, b = 10.378(5) Angstrom, c = 16.666(8) Angstrom, alpha = 84.26(4)degrees, beta = 87.28(4)degrees, gamma = 86.58(4)degrees, V = 1672(1) Angstrom(3), Z = 2, space group P (1) over bar. The coordination environment of the germanium atom is close to tetrahedral. The calculation of geometric parameters of (9-C13H9)(2)Ge by the density functional method has shown that the compound obtained is structurally related to dialkyl- and diarylgermylenes described previously.
