Аннотация:In countries with developed agricultural production, intensive farming (management) is represented. A high level of animal husbandry is usually maintained by the use of antibiotics and intensive cultivation of cereals, with the widespread use of nitrogen fertilizers and pesticides to preserve (protect) yields. Fodder must be available even in the winter period, which is why it is necessary to carefully prepare and store it. Man cannot live without food, so, without a doubt, intensive agricultural production will continue in the future, even though many of the means used in this process have been criticized. That's why new, alternative biotechnological technologies are being developed. It is a way to overcome current (existing) problems. Some of these new approaches are the subject of this paper.
