Аннотация:The mechanism of the action of nitrogen-containing compounds (ammonia and hydrazine) on the formation of an ordered structure in silica during hydrothermal has been studed by electron spin resonance, mass sprctrometry, and X-ray phase analysis. We have established that nitrogen-containing substances at high temperatures (400 degree C) and high water vapour pressures (200 atm) produce various changes resulting in the formation of strong Si-NH-Si bonds, which act as nucleation centres for the elements of a new, ordered structure.
