- Аннотация: The paper examines issues related to the institutional support of a new technological order, for which it is necessary to study the nature of the mutualinfluence of organizational and institutional changes, as well as technologicaltransformations. The purpose of the article is to identify, along with thesechanges, also the problems and prospects for the development of new forms ofbusiness organization. The object of research is new forms of organization andinstitutionalization of economic activity. The subject of the study is to identifythe features of the circular economy as one of the forms of representing a newtechnological structure. Particular emphasis in the work is placed on the study ofthe features of the institutional system of pearl companies as the most adequateorganizational representatives of the new technological structure.
