Аннотация:During the study were synthesized non-doped: xBi2O3-(100-х)GeO2, where x = 7, 8, 9, 10 mol. % and Er/Yb-doped xBi2O3-(100-x)GeO2-0,1Er2O3-0,2Yb2O3,
xBi2O3-(100-x)GeO2-0,1Er2O3; xBi2O3-(100-x)GeO2-0,2Yb2O3, where x = 9, 10 mol.% glass systems. In the absorption spectra of Yb/Er-doped glasses, along with the absorption of bismuth active centers, specific for the absorption of erbium and ytterbium ions bands are observed. At an excitation wavelength of 785 nm in glasses doped with Er3+/Yb3+ ions, there is a significant increase in the luminescence intensity of the bismuth active centers and a broadening of the spectral range of luminescence in the near IR-region (980-1650 nm)
