Аннотация:The “gold standard” in teaching anatomy is anatomical material dissection. But one's shortage gets in the way specialists education and development, negatively affects scientific and practical activities nowadays. As a anatomical material partial replacement various anatomical models are actively used. But 3D models cannot fully replace real anatomical material and simulation training. So the teaching anatomy and manual skills is based on a qualitative combination of these two methods - working out theoretical and part of practical material on 3D models and then fixing the material by working out on biological material with the preparation of such. This report discusses the possibility of implementing a combined approach to teaching dental students at the Skolkovo Institute of Anatomy the anatomy of the maxillofacial region, manual skills for various methods of local anesthesia, teeth extractions and dental surgery.
