Аннотация:A clinical case of patient rehabilitation after laparoscopic rectopexy complicated by purulent-inflammatory process-es of wound openings is presented. The comorbidity of the patient and the peculiarities of the course of the postoperative period made it possible to use collagen hydrogel as a wound dressing due to the divergence of the edges. Objective. To present a clinical case of the use of collagen hydrogel with allontoin and dimexide in case of rejection of suture material from the skin after laparoscopic rectopexy of the rectum. Material and methods. Presentation of a clinical case of patient M., 45 years old, was urgently delivered to the Emergency Department of the City Clinical Hospital with a diagnosis of grade 1 rectal prolapse, a condition of moderate severity at admission due to severe pain. Results. The application of the gel was carried out on the 6th day after the next divergence of the edges according to the follow-ing scheme. Gaping wounds were treated twice a day in the morning and in the evening according to the scheme: antiseptic treatment and toilet of wounds; the introduction of collagen hydrogel «Emalan»; covering wounds with sterile napkins with fixation at the edges. Complete recovery was noted on the 14th day. Conclusion. In complex therapy and in the rehabilitation of comorbid patients, it is appropriate to use ready-made medicinal com-positions based on a hydrogel with collagen.
