Аннотация:We study theoretically the propagation of cosmic neutrinos in an interstellar magnetic field, which is known to have both constant and stochastic components. The neutrino interaction with a magnetic field is assumed to be due to a nonzero neutrino magnetic moment. For taking into account the effect of magnetic field fluctuations, the formalism of the Lindblad equation is employed. The numerical calculations for the flavor and spin oscillations of ultrahigh-energy Dirac neutrinos in an interstellar magnetic field are presented and the role of the stochastic neutrino magnetic moment interaction is outlined.
