Аннотация:New targeted drug delivery systems based on bimetallic AuFe nanoparticles and their conjugates with methotrexate were obtained in various media (acetone and toluene) by metal-vapor synthesis (MVS). The administration of methotrexate resulted in the reduction of Fe in both media. In the Au 4f spectra, both gold reduction for toluene medium and oxidation for acetone were observed. An increase in the size of metal nanoparticles in the presence of methotrexate was observed exclusively in acetone. MTT assay have shown a high inhibitory potential of bimetal conjugates when used in low concentrations.
