- Аннотация: A very common situation in the interstellar medium is considered when the flow velocities of atoms, ions and electrons may be considered as equal, but it is necessary to distinguish two temperatures: atom-ionic and electronic ones. By solving the model system of non-stationary equations the use of {isothermic} approximation, i. e. an assumption on the rapid equalization of temperatures is investigated
