Аннотация:Methods of electromagnetic affecting the disperse medium consisting of ferromagnetic materials allow to create conditions for controllable movement of particles in working space. The most typical of these methods are magnetoboiling, magnetolique-faction, forming of volumetric grain-oriented system of vibrating aggregates. They reveal additional technological opportunities in the powder metallurgy of ferromagnetic materials. In particular, application of magnetovibrating layer allows implementing of processes of dry pressing of anisotropic magnets, magnetic separation (disposal of nonmagnetic impurities), a dry milling of highly pyrophorous materials, screen division of finely disperse powders of materials with high coercitivity, batching by volume of the powders without natural plasticity.
