Аннотация:On the basis of the renorm-group theory the calculation of the corrections to the Kolmogorov exponents connected with taking into account the intermittence effects is performed. These corrections involves the dependence of the spectrum on the external turbulence scale, its role being played by the infrared cutoff parameter. In the two-loop approximation the renorm-group function is found, the existence of the nontrivial stationary point stable in the ultraviolet region being a result of the functional form. The corrections to the spectrum are displayed in terms of the anomalous exponent. In addition, the analogous exponent of the correlation function of effective random force gives the principal contribution, as the anomalous exponent of the effective viscosity does three times less. For the correction, the value of mu=0.153 agreeing with the experimental data is obtained.
